What Ma3ashak is

Ma3ashak is a place where employers in Lebanon post jobs and job seekers find them. We connect people; we are not the employer and not a recruitment agency. Hiring decisions, interviews, contracts and pay are between the employer and the candidate.

Price

Posting jobs is free for now. We may introduce paid posting later; if we do, we'll announce it in advance and it will never apply to jobs you already posted for free. Job seekers never pay anything.

Rules for employers

• Post only real, open jobs, with honest and accurate information.
• Never ask applicants for money — no application, training, visa or registration fees.
• No discriminatory, offensive or misleading content.
• Use the CVs you receive only to fill the job, and treat them as confidential.
• Follow Lebanese labour and other applicable laws.
• You're responsible for your account and everything posted from it.

Our review and removals

We review every job before it goes live. We may reject or remove any job, and suspend or close any account, if we believe it breaks these terms, is a scam, or could harm people — with or without notice.

For job seekers

• We review jobs, but we can't guarantee every employer or every detail in a post.
• Never pay to get a job. If an employer asks for money, stop and use Report this job.
• Share only what's needed in your application, and use your judgement before meeting anyone.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping or copying jobs or data in bulk, no spam, no attempts to break into accounts or systems, and no posting on behalf of someone without their permission.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep Ma3ashak running and safe, but it's provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Ma3ashak isn't responsible for losses caused by job posts, employers, candidates, or the site being unavailable.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
