المتطلبات
5+ years of professional animation or motion design experience Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality animation and visual storytelling Excellent understanding of animation principles, timing, composition, and movement Proficiency in industry-standard animation and design software Experience with 2D and/or 3D animation Strong creative thinking and attention to detail Ability to take projects from concept to final execution Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Experience mentoring or guiding junior animators is a plus
